盐适量,
生粉适量,
生抽适量,
食用油适量杭椒炒鸡蛋干的做法步骤
1.杭椒、鸡蛋干切丝备用;
2.猪肉切丝,并用生粉、生抽和油拌匀码味30分钟;
3.油锅烧热,倒入适量油,下肉丝炒至变色盛出;
4.锅中留余油,下杭椒炒熟,并调入少许盐;
5.倒入肉丝和鸡蛋干;
6.炒匀调入生抽即可。
